- Here acadmic pressure is high for first year students.
- Here getting cgpa in first year is quite tough .
Remarks :
Here placement are good and great alumni network. You get good and friendly professors. No admission time their is no interview or group discussion here one can get admission on their jee mains rank basis then through josaa/csab counseling you can get admission here.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose industrial and production engineering here because here placement rate is 95 percent and I like study about machine and robotics In this branch I get all of this . Good experimented class room and friendly professors are very helpful so you Can choose this course on your rank basis
Internships Opportunities :
Intership in my college allowed in 3rd year for summer internship and in fourth year 6 months internship Amazon, samsung, coca cola are come here to give internship but most of them for it students But Coca Cola comes to campus for industrial engineering and recruit for intern about 30+ students each year
Placement Experience :
Here placement are good in my branch from last two years their is placement rate is 95 % and in mechanical or other core branches have good placement rate here some psu are also come . Highest package of my branch is 18.87 lakhs Highest package of my college is 52 lakhs

Campus Life :
Here many types of club is present music dance web development sports nss NCC etc . You can join any of them on the basis of your choice. And also you got alloted on the choice filling basis on club for first year.
Hostel Facilities :
Their is 3 hostel for first year student BH1 ,BH2,BH5 Bh1 and bh2 are four seater but here food quality is very good and facilities like computer library reading room are available in that hostel but in BH5 their is 2 seater and food quality are not so good.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
