Likes
- My faculties are very cooperative. They are highly qualified passing out from jnu . They treat you as their family . You can share anything with them . They provide us with notes . Not only academicly they also help in many ways like any problem going with students etc
- College infrastructure is best among the other colleges it has ac in every class room . It has sports ground, a library , a canteen , all these things are soo good and also well maintained
Dislikes
- The thing I don't like about the college is it is too small . Campus is too small to move around and have fun
- My college is going through construction right now so it causes dusts.
Remarks :
My college lies in the north campus of DU it is one of the best colleges for the course I am pursuing . I gave cuet exam to get into this college , my CUET score was 735 out of 800 . There was no interview or anything, it is based on your cuet number. My course cut off in genral was 720
Course Curriculum Overview :
I liked this course from my school time that's why I choose to go with it . My faculties are very qualified like they did there courses from prestigious universities like jnu etc . They are very helpful and guides you like your brother . Sem exams happens on dec and June . The difficulty level are easy to moderate
Internships Opportunities :
Yeah I have opted for many internship which would be provided by the college groups and in intershala . I did internship with NGO to teach poor kids . Getting stipend is little bit difficult be you can get it if you do hard work
Placement Experience :
We have a placement cell society which helps students to get placements . In bcom hons and eco hons students get a good package. This year a student of eco hons got a package of 24 lakhs per annum . So yeah placements are good in our college
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In 1 st year I paid 22315 and this year it increased to 25315 . The students from reserved class gets scholarship also the ews . My friend got scholarship of 50 percent and his fee got reduced to 50 percent
Campus Life :
Life at the campus is just awesome. We have many societies which conducts programs every day . Everyday something happens in our campus . We also have a fest name CONFLUENCE which happens every year . We have Library too which has less sitting capacity but book availability are good . Talking about sports we have archery , football, table tennis , badminton, basketball. They always go for competitions .
Hostel Facilities :
To be honest we have very less capacity in hostel so I didn't get hostel to live. I opted for pg . My rent was 12000 and you can get a good pg between the range of 12-15 k . Registration process for hostel will appear in the college website

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
