Yes we have everyday interview sessions in 3rd year for cracking our job interview and we are getting everyday group discussions in every month we getting class test so from these things we are strong to crack these rounds.
Course Curriculum Overview :
First of all I choose this course because I love to travel and I think I will get more opportunity to travel in this industry and the another thing is I love to service so that’s why I choose this course and the exam level is not so hard you just need to know the basic things
Internships Opportunities :
I did internship in the Lalit great eastern Kolkata it’s Aisa first 5 star luxury hotel and it’s heritage hotel my stipend was 1000 but I got many tips approximately I got 15000 tips in a month so it’s good
Placement Experience :
Placement and internships are very good in our college I also do my internship from the Lalit great Eastern Kolkata it’s asias first 5 star luxury hotel so placement is in India and abroad booths are available
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There are 3 to 4 courses bsc hha bsc cs diploma and MSc so for degree course it’s approximately 2.50laks incl all the things and for diploma 1.20laks in la all things for msc approximate 2laks these are course and their fees
Campus Life :
We get every year a college fest in the month of August and in winter season we go for college excursions in library we got all the books magazines and all and every month we get a sports game like football cricket and many things Facebook page and Instagram is dshm
Hostel Facilities :
I’m not staying in hostel but the hostel is good for staying but their food is not good it’s an average food from 500m away you’ll get room for rent approximately 2000 for room and you can stay their cook your food own or buy from hotel

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.

There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
