The college has very good infrastructure, very good labs based on the new generation. Very good faculty graduated from IITs and other good institutions, they have high degrees in their field, like masters and PhDs . The environment is very friendly for the students in order to learn and faculty is very helping. Many different kinds of extra curricular activities is also done .
I choose this course because I have my personal interest in it . And the department is very sophisticated in terms of teachers and labs , The faculty is graduated and have PhDs in their respective subjects . They are very helpful and also give various opportunities to the students. The end term exam paper comes from the department the difficulty level of the paper is mild and the paper comes very consceptual and students and pass it but they do have to study
I have oped for the internship in the Siemens company regarding the electronics (I.e, Megatronics) , the students should be a student of computer sciences or students of electronics and communication engineering in order to apply in the program.
There are on campus placements for every students and most of the placements come for the students of computer science and students of electronics and communication engineering. Recently company Bharat Petroleum placed our 8 students from electronics engineering and their annual income is 5lpa . Students should have no present backlog and should have cgpa over 7 in order to get placed. One of you students from Computer sciences got placed in a company in Japan for 24lpa but it was off campus placements. Altogether the placements are good.
The students who are financially good can easily pay for the college tuition fee . But those who are not may face some problems. Their are also scholarships available for the students who are from SC,ST ,EWS catagory basend on their early income . They get discount of approximately of 50-60% .
The social life at the University is pretty awesome. The students and seniors are very friendly. There are fests once in every 3 months which are very enjoyable. Sports event also occur annually for different sports at different times for the sports like , football, cricket, basketball, running, javelin throw etc. There is Alpine club which takes the students for trips, like trekking, picnics camps and organizes many other events which are very good. Altogether the social life is very nice .
The hostels are very large and rooms are also very nice ,very clean, sophisticated and very nice ventilation. Their are also PGs available. The food from the mess is also very delicious, fresh and hygiene is also maintained. The give nice breakfast, then lunch , then tea at the evening and then the dinner . The washrooms are very clean and water supply is 24x7 . Altogether the hostels are very nice
For placement University conducted job fair for the students where Banks, Private sector industries HR's also visited to take interview and thoroughly conducted the interview and make selection of the deserving students.
Placements in our college are average only, not very high but not zero also. Few companies come every year for campus recruitment, like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and some local construction firms. They mostly offer roles like junior engineer, site supervisor or trainee. Highest package was around 8 LPA for IT profile, average goes between 3-4 LPA. Almost 50-60% students get placed from campus, rest students go for off campus or higher studies. Eligibility for placement is you need minimum 6.5 CGPA and no active backlogs, also they check communication skills in interviews. No big mass recruiters like in IITs, but still some opportunities are there if you prepare well. If not getting placed through campus, I plan to try off campus drives and also thinking to prepare for govt exams or maybe do M.Tech. College do conduct some training sessions and mock interviews but main thing depends on self preparation.
Here almost 95% students got placed.average salary is around 6-7 lpa.Companies like wipro, infuses, bhel visited here.my plan after degree is to do mtech from iits. Highest package is around 45 lakhs (off campus). On campus it is around 25 lpa.
I am always moved by my college’s course curriculum which is multicultural and gives students a wide range of choices. The courses are demanding but the lecturers are always ready to provide support and counsel. It is affordable to all through scholarships and fair fees.
Eligibility criteria for placement depends on the company, majorly all companies asks for minimum CGPA of 7 or 7.5. Some past major companies which comes for recruitment are amazon, sprinklr, paytm, nvidia, ICICI bank, HDFC bank, maruti suzuki etc. According to 2023 data, highest package offered was 53 LPA, average package offered was 18 LPA, minimum package was 5 LPA. Percentage of students get placed in 2023 is 85%. My plans after getting the degree is to either works on corporate or to prepare for UPSC.
quality of teaching is crucial, instructor give their best in the class and class strength is divides in two section according their enrollment number.i think fees is affordable and fees waiver for different category.
The eligibility criteria for the placements of jobs was 65% in the grade card if graduation. The recruitment process was followed by a job examination and job interview. Cipla, SKIMS were some of the recruiters that visited the university and offered almost 15 jobs. The average package offered by the recruiters was 40-70 thousands per month. And the highest package offered by the recruiters was 1.1 Lakh per month. In this recruitment process almost 40% students got placements. I got a private job in a private pharmacy company. Now, I have chosen this job as my carrier after getting the degree.
Decent placement is seen here.Students get placed from semester 7 .TCs,Adobe etc companies comes here to give opportunities for students.Highest package of last year from chemical branch is 13 lakh and median is 7.5 lakh.
There were no job or placement opportunities available and it didn’t bothered the college. The main aim of the students as well included to just pass the degree and get out of there. Faculties also discouraged about the job market scenario outside the college which alleviated the trouble.
Previously there was 100% on campus placement in university but now it's only somewhat 70%. Companies come for placement also they select students but most of time it sells based company not a product based company also they offer quit low packages. Most of students try off Campus Placement where they get some good offers. Average package is about 5-7 lakh
