- Free WiFi, any time any students can get access for Xerox copy or print out notes in free of cost. The faculty members are very blessedful for us for them we got succed in achive our degree. Projectors, digital board, central library alongwith every individual departmental library also available. Cultural program organised by college authorities. career counseling program for students to getting job easily , held in the college regular basis.
- This college best plus point is that they develop excousion journey for students.. every individual department pursuing students for enriching their experience by excousion which is held in every year.
Dislikes
- There along with bachelor degree some of specific subjects that includes for master degree. Not all the subjects are available. There is not have any playground under the CCTV camera available only some specific place not cover up well in full campus.
- There is political parties involvement are being there in the college. Lots of political activities happened by college union members for that it's harrasment for these college.. but not pushed by those authorities to involve students in this caricullam activities. Those who are interested in politics they welcome to join.
Remarks :
the selection process of the admission of this college selected by the students of merit points.. the merit points calculated by the students Higher and secondary marks basis.Then college released 1 by 1 merit list, if you have your name in the list.. then you are selected for admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The teaching method of this college are very supportive and promisivve.. professors gave lotes of efforts to the students for making them better than better.. They always connecting and interact with the students every time whenever needed..

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
