Remarks :
Decent rank in JEE mains, jac counselling and decent grade in class 12th board exams. Have to prepare the entire PCM curriculum for classes 11th and 12th.Additionally college offers bonus points during counselling for being in some kinds of sports and representing on zonal, state etc levels. Pros of the college include academic rigour and updated curriculum however a drawback is it is difficult to keep up with the a lot of assignments. Also college has great placement stats with 100 percent batch placed in the year 2022,around 96 percent in 2023.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Updated curriculum, the faculty is great all professors are PHd from foreign universities.Term exams are timely include missed, endsems and other exams, difficulty is generally high but rest depends on the professors
Internships Opportunities :
Opted for an internship at college's Artificial Intelligence Research organization the CAI with stipend of 15k a month. Worked on curation of ECG data to train models to predict heart diseases as well as create an LLM.
Placement Experience :
Companies are all A+ and A tier some B tier companies also come but offer great packages and potentially also offer Pre placement offers in internships. Highest package was about 150,000 per month for internship and 45 lac pa for placements.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tuition fee 212,500 per semester with 15 percent hike per academic year.This is applicable as per 2022 so current fees might be higher. Additionally hostel fee is 42000 per semester including mess charges.
Campus Life :
Great infrastructure, college life is a bit dead though, clubs aren't very active, great library, sports teams are very proactive, All of the websites, clubs and all are run with the help of students.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel rooms are big,All in all 3 hostels for boys and 1 for girls, mess food is good, in order to apply for hostels you have to fill forms and wait for approval from the Student Affairs office, however students from outside Delhi or distance more than 30 kms are given preference

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
