Remarks :
I was admitted through Central board of secondary education 12th standard board marks No additional test was required or additional discussion or interviews were needed The good aspect is its curriculum The bad aspect is the work load
Course Curriculum Overview :
The courses are good enough Faculty is very knowledgeable and experienced to help students The teaching methods are good Just the work load is too much to handle for a fresher which makes it difficult to learn a new skill
Internships Opportunities :
No I haven't opted for any internship as of now Will be Targeting one in the future Many companies visited the campus with an average stipend of 50,000 per month Companies like adobe, google Microsoft cane for hiring
Placement Experience :
The placement and job opportunities are good here just that the college is not able to cope up with recession The companies are failing to taking a good lot of students from here or maybe the companies are not willing to come
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
200000 per semester Which increases 10-15 percent for any new batch The caution money at the start or the registration money was 12000 rupees No other lab fees or development fees asked as all was included in caution money
Campus Life :
Campus life is good for hostellers but a little miserable for day scholars as event's are held at night time which makes it difficult to commute Clubs are good are but a little bit less active than any other college
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel rooms are spacious enough They just need to work on the mess food as the quality they provide is not good for everyone type of person There is a wide variety pf food but less quality to appreciate it

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
