Likes
- I like the Campus, hostel, canteen, faculty, social life
- I like the teachers there are very friendly
Dislikes
- I don't like that there is no hostel mess in our hostel
- I don't like the locals here ass they judge as very badly
Remarks :
I came for bachelor of dental surgery but this college facilitate not only bds but also mbbs courses as well.so, students don't have to go to another college for studying mbbs subjects teachers and faculty are there to help you
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course is regarding of dental sciences, Academic year is about 8 to 11 months long we have 3 internal exams and at the end one full final professional exam, Faculties are awesome they try to help us as many ways possible
Internships Opportunities :
After internship you can apply for neet pg exams and also for House staff jobs after graduation near your hometown, college provides many opportunities for the interns to get job and can do higher studies
Placement Experience :
Job placement depends upon your academic performance you have to be the smartest amongst all your classmates, job placement is held early where the new graduated interns apply for jobs all over the state
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Annual fees structure is after completing a year it takes 242000 which includes hostel fees for State quota and 550000 including hostel for management quota and during admission upto 2 lakhs before hand
Campus Life :
Life in campus is pretty good, campus area is not that Hugh for many people but it's is enough, we have many canteens, cafe, sports grounds, parks which is sufficient, people like to go for a walk around the campus in the evening
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is very big , hostel rooms are very good and clean , we don't have to clean our own bathroom as it gets cleaned every week my sweepers, but there is no hostel mess in our campus we have to go outside to have meal

Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
