Remarks :
Yeah there is the SET exam for the admission in our college if you want to get admission in diploma courses you have to prepare physics, chemistry, maths, english, reasoning for the exam and if you want to take admission in Degree there are two options first through JEE and second leet exam if you have the diploma degree
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course in which I m pursuing my degree is good enough and academics are easy if you attend your classes regularly and if I talk about the faculties they are so humble, they are available for you anything time between the working hours faculties are very helpful There are total 3 exams are there 2 minors of 30 marks and a major exam of 50 marks
Internships Opportunities :
There is only two to three companies come till here for intership with stipend One of them is Pisoft and the stipend salary is 15000 INR in Mohali and other company is learning routees from new delhi
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for the placement is minimum 60 to 65 percent depending upon the company requirement there will be no active or past backlogs and some companies allow backlogs too The highest package goes in this semester is 11 lakhs by HUL and average package is between 5 to 5.5 lakhs
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fee someone pay for bachelor's degree will be 70000 yearly which includes the exam fee , tuition fee, lab fee and hostel fee too in which the tuition fee for one year will be 63000( 31500 each semester) and 7000 (3500 each semester) will be the hostel fee and there are no. Of scholarship available in our college
Campus Life :
There are two fest conducted in our college first is tech fest in the month of March or April and second is madhuram the socio-cultural fest in the month of October There is wide range of books and journals are available in our central library related with academics or non academic too
Hostel Facilities :
The quality of food is not that good which is the universal problem of every hostel and the menu is decided by the students most of the time and the registration process of hostel is very easy at the time of fee submission you can opt for hostel

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
