Remarks :
The entrance test for Diploma & LEET are easy to moderate level. It has some basic questions related to engineering. The JEE students are appointed through merit list according to their rank in JEE exam.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are highly qualified, almost all faculties completed their phds from IITs, NITs. According to our curriculum, There is first quiz 1 of 10 marks then minor 1 of 15 marks then quiz 2 of 10 marks and then minor 2 of 15 marks and lastly there are major of 50 marks. So, total 100 marks each subject per semester.
Placement Experience :
Placement for computer, instrumentation, chemical, food are good but for mechanical engineering, there are many students so all of the students are not placed. So, choose your branch accordingly. The average package is 4.5 lacks er year and the max. Package is 11 lakhs per year
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tuition fees = 50000 Hostel = 5000 Library & student activities = 15000 Other = 10000 There are mess charges other than these fees. Mess charges are approx. 3000 per month which is affordable and the mess offers full meal.
Campus Life :
There are mainly 2 fests : Madhuram and TechFest in my college. There are many clubs which are run by professors and seniors. These clubs can be of your interest. The clubs are of many types which includes photography, robotics , artificial intelligence, And more.
Hostel Facilities :
Mess food is average better than ordinary college. They charge approx. 3000 per month which is affordable and offer full meal. They do not limit roti and parathas. They also offer test apart from 3 meals.

if you are above 6.0 cgpa and no reappears and backlogs your are eligible for 70 % of companies. recently TCS,AMAZON,COGNIZANT also came for placement highest is 51LPA,6LPA avg. 80% of each batch is placed.
Honest Review of LPU B.TECH CSE:QUALIFIED FACULTY BUT RIGID PLACEMENT RULES
Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.
