- Infrastructure is well established and structured.
- Campus life is normal and special for me due to my special people.
Dislikes
- Lack of awareness and interest and efforts made by college towards students engagement in social programs .
- College Canteen to provide free food to students .
Remarks :
Good aspects will be the most beautiful memories with our teachers and colleagues and some special friends who will be there for entire life.bad aspect can be not getting placements internships concessions and all.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is like divided into Semester wise .like as you know in each year there varies 2 semesters .Weekly tests by professors,academic scores pressure and all exhaust a student as all.B.Com I chose due to my commerce stream I think I can partly do learn some skills and its easy for me to handle personal life with college life..Exam level is like hell difficult !
Internships Opportunities :
MNC's but on the basis of internship experience as well and the academic performance of students. Interview to get cleared and skills are the main source. Stipend depends upon level of job and recruitment.. Projects can be involved in bank ,corporate, private companies and franchisees as well.
Placement Experience :
Placements and internships awareness is limited to students .As such I don't have enough information to guide other students regarding this due to lack of concern, awareness and being active in all thos stuff.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure totally depends on the degree you have selected.As per my experience my course fee was higher in 1st year than my 2nd year.Fee for b Com is above 25000 and scholarships or financial aid is given on the basis of the students academic records .
Campus Life :
Social life is okay not so nice .. Youth fest is conducted this year in our college as main head. We hold first positions in all the skits,dramas,poetry,bhabgra,gidha,etc. Library has books of all subjects I always get whenever I visit library so books availability is nice by the way.
Hostel Facilities :
No as such I am a up down student with strict parents. But my friends opted for hostel ,hostel mess is nice and hygienic and other food quality things are also on the point . The fee charged is 60000 for year and registration process is simple but a middle class family can't afford hostel I guess.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

Internships Opportunities :
I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
