A glimpse of my college life
Likes
- The thing which I like the most about my college is it's infrastructure, campus life, the dining rooms in the mess, the playgrounds and the clubs.
- Also I like the fests which are conducted like the technical fest known as Tantrafiesta and the cultural fest known as Abhivyakti.
Dislikes
- The thing which i dislike is some power supply cutoffs at times.
- Other disliking is also of the extremely competitive environment.
Remarks :
I choose this college because of the excellent record of this college.This college comes under the Institution of National Importance and it has various activities which help in developing the skill sets required for our future career and growth.The placements are very good.For ECE ,the average package is 14 Lpa while for CSE ,the average package is 15 Lpa.The admission to this college is through qualifying the JEE Mains examination and according to the respective rank in Jee mains,you get the branches in the college.I had prepared for JEE MAINS through myself only but one can also join the coaching center which I would suggest is the best .
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is at par with the current requirements of the tech industry.The subjects which are given more importance here are those subjects which are mainly required for getting placed in the top companies.The academics is extraordinarily good.The faculties are well qualified as they have completed their PHd,s from premier institutions like IITs,NITs, and IISC,etc.The difficulty level of the papers in exams is very high.The exams are very tough and it is very tough to get a good cgpa.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees for the courses is increasing but not much.The fees for the course is same for all categories including general, sc, st, obc.There are different kinds of fees in each year like in first year,some caution money is charged which is returned at the end of the course. For odd semesters (like 1st,3rd,5th,7th), The fees is: Rs 1,04,700 For even semesters (like 2nd , 4th, 6th, 8th).The fees is: Rs 1,04,850.Its just a slight change.This is the whole fees including lab fees, admission fees, etc.There are scholarship facilities available for OBC, sc, st but they are not directly available.First, you have to pay the fees and then the fees gets reimbursed by the central government.Rather than this, the scholarships are also availed by the state government like for Maharashtra, there is MahaDbt platform and other state related respective scholarship facilities .
Campus Life :
The life at campus is amazing.The campus consists of Hostel Block for students with equipped fast internet facilities and clean hostel rooms and corridors.It also has a residential block for professors and their families.It has a academic block where our classes are held and labs are there.There are all kinds of books available in the library which are required for the subjects.The classes are equipped with Air Conditioner.There is also an administrative block in the campus for administrative works like paying of fees, scholarship, accounts section and other administration activities.There are playgrounds for different sports like basketball, badminton, cricket, football, tennis.There is also a gym available throughout the day and also indoor game facilities like table tennis, chess, etc .There are also sports events like inter-IIIT events .There are various clubs for extracurricular activities like for dancing, acting, competitive programming, music, dramas.

Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

Placement Experience :
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Average college provide average facilities

Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.

Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

Placement Experience :
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.

engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.

there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.

Placement Experience :
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
