Remarks :
According to graduation base it is very good college but for rnd it is okay okay . We have equipments for labs but for the use of time you don't have any particular person. But it is being improved. Admission process you have to appear for CUET exam and have to get good percentile. But I was being selected according to ICAR percentile. You should get every document from your caste certificate to bonafide to character certificate and all of your marksheets. And the percentile marksheet also.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I always wanted to go in the field of processing departments and that's why I choose this course and as we know food is very important for everyone, I chose this. Most of the teachers here are PhD professors and some are in RND department also . Teaching is good . some professors like to teach us practically some theoretically . As it is a very versatile course professors from other colleges also teach us like from college of basic sciences for biotechnology microbiology etc and from agriculture department for crop based it's technology and business management also We have two type of exams in one semester. One is midterm another is end term . Difficulty level was moderate and if you are a medical student you will feel somewhat difficulty in mathematics
Internships Opportunities :
I will internship in my 4th year so I don't know much about that but I will opted after discussing with my advisor and some of my colleagues so that I can have a better environment on those 4 months of my internship
Placement Experience :
I don't know what about these but I think those who are being selected by the professors are being given the opportunity for the placements and the internship and others have to dig it up themselves .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So If you are a day scholar then you have to pay 17000 to 22000 approx per semester and if you are hosla you have to pay 22000 to 28000 per sem. It works odd and even in even you have to pay 22k approx and if ode then 28k approx. And if you are a self finance or sfc student you have to pay 76k . The selection for b.tech students is according to cuet exam. And it is based on cut off. Scholarship is provided to top 3 students which have achieved higher marks according to the cut off. It can also be provided to single girl child , BPL, disables etc
Campus Life :
We have youth fests yearly, sports meet and other functions also like freshers farewells agri nights community night him mahotsav. These are being conducted by Swo , students and student club like ABVP. Books and generals in library are full of knowledge. You can find any book here for your course and other courses. There are also presentations conducted in our classrooms for students to deliver their own point of views for a particular topic in front of other students. Seminars are also conducted in this I'm trying to time. There are many social media pages which are being done by students themselves like CSK HP Kv page on Instagram.
Hostel Facilities :
Food in mess as I am in hostel is good in our hostel and according to my friends from other hostels they also have very good variety and good taste of food. Menus are being discussed by students in our hostel. According to their taste. Hostels are being provided according to percentile and their documents for example SC seats also. Hostess are very affordable you have to pay 3000 to 6000 per semester including every charges except mess worker charges and mess bill . Registration for posters are being conducted when you are registry for your semester starting and also during your admissions. For rented rooms or PG there are many localities around the campus and outside the campus also and they are very affordable also
