Remarks :
To take admission in this course you need to take an exam which is MCQ based on current affairs, static GK, logical reasoning, arithmetic problems. Static GK comprises of maximum questions of the exam. Result of 12th (CBSE/Punjab board) matters a lot in admission. Cutoff rank is 150
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is designed by bar council of India. It follows the guidelines of bar council of India. The faculty is also very nice and is experienced in their respective fields. The difficulty of exams is easy.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees for Semester 1 is around 80,000 this includes about 70,000 of tuition fees and other charges are about 10,000 and the fees for 2nd semester is around 40,000. So the fees for whole year is around 1,20,000.
Campus Life :
The life at campus is amazing. Freshers party, fests, elections. Elections are main attractions of Panjab University. Fests are held in 2nd semester whereas elections are conducted in 1st semester. Library of UILS and PU are amazing they are surprisingly big and many books and journals are available
Hostel Facilities :
Hostels of Panjab University are very cheap. It is about ?12,000 for 1 year. But this does not include charges for food in mess and canteen. The food quality is satisfactory, ofcourse not as great as your home but you can easily eat food everyday.

if you are above 6.0 cgpa and no reappears and backlogs your are eligible for 70 % of companies. recently TCS,AMAZON,COGNIZANT also came for placement highest is 51LPA,6LPA avg. 80% of each batch is placed.
Honest Review of LPU B.TECH CSE:QUALIFIED FACULTY BUT RIGID PLACEMENT RULES
Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.
