Remarks :
The campus life on college is fun there are no ragging. The college academics does not give too much pressure on us. exams are very easy. faculty are not too strict on tier rules. class notes are enough for the exam. I took admission to this college because it had good reputation and easy to get in to. the college fess was also good. altough it does not have good placement , its a good college for getting a degree. you need 70% above to get in to this college.there are no exam to get into the college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
there are 3 faculty for per 60 student. they are very friendly and have a good background that ensure us that we are getting good professor and faculty. however their teaching quality can be better. they are kind to the student and inform us about any important event and info that we need. Professor teach us using ppt or some uses blackbaord to teach us. In the Labs, we are tought both in computer and in black board. there are 2 exam(mid and end term) per semester.
Internships Opportunities :
i have not yet opted for internship. but college doesnt provide internship and you have to find it on your own. but college does inform us about internship oppurtunity but we have to apply it by ourselve.
Placement Experience :
you need 9+cgpa to get placement opputunity so not everyone get placement. avaerage placement are 3-4 lpa with few exceptional student get 40-50lpa job offer. 20-30% student get placement offer from our college. highemt salary offered was 50lpa. my plat is to go for master after getting degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I paid rupees 1,31,500 for 1 semester and from 2nd semester onward we had to pay 95,500 rupees each semester. 2lack fees paid yearly. there are merit based scholarship offered by SNU. 95% above merit get 100% scholarship and 90-95% merit get 50% fee waiver and 85-90% merit student get 25% fee waiver.
Campus Life :
Campus life is Good. thousand of student are here.there are online club where we discuss about our event and skills to improve. i am part of GDG on campus and Genai study gem. There are not many extracurricular activities organised by college. 3-5 event or activities per 6 month. campus life is ok , not the very best but what i like the most is there are zero ragging in our college..
Hostel Facilities :
I have not taken hostel but as per my knowledge, food quality and average with good hygiene control. Registration process are also easy but there are not enough room for all the student so some have to go to other hostel.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
