- Faculty are very good and supportive and administrative also
- Placements are really good in comparison of other IIIT'S and VNIT Nagpur
Dislikes
- Infrastructure. Very poor and no sports facilities
- Hostels . There is no capacity sufficient for students . So they live outside of campus
Remarks :
I am resident of Nagpur only that was the biggest factor that I choose this college and second this it's placement this year placement of IIIT NAGPUR is even better than VNIT Nagpur . And second thing on the placement of first batch itself student name Ankit Barai got 32 LPA package from Amazon and he was also topper of my school so this was also a major reason I choose this college and last but not least reason that this IIIT have its permanent campus in comparison of some other IIIT's
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculty are most supportive I saw here because they want you to study hard . Many of the colleges faculties didn't pay attention whether the student is studying or not . And on part of exams there are 3 exams in a semister first one is sessional 1 which is of 15 marks then second one is sessional 2 of 15 marks and then it is end sem which is of 50/60 marks it depends on the course and faculty and rest 20 is of attendance and teachers assisment . And from next year there will only be mid sem and end sem in our college
Internships Opportunities :
No I sont have opted for any internship because I'm in 2 nd year currently. Next year I will opt for internship. Some of the companies come for intern are Amazon Flipkart alphagrep etc . Projects are self based one can do by their own or take some guidence from seniors
Placement Experience :
So placements are overall good . Our college is some focused on interns than placement most of the students get intern and after that pre placement offer from that same company. Most companies put eligibility criteria of 7.5 cgpa and above . Some recurring company are Amazon Flipkart etc previously year highest was 90 lpa and average was 14 lpa almost 80-90 percent of students get placed my plans after getting degree is to do job in some HFT's
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There are total 8 semister in 4 year of college . Odd semister have Fees 114850 and even semister have Fees 114150 so total fees per year is 229000. And yes there are scholarship available for SC AND ST as well as for obc students from MAHADBT. IN which students total fees is paid by Maharashtra government and both scholarship and free ship is provided and fees is much lesser in comparison of all other IIIT's
Campus Life :
Life is campus is somewhat good and bad also because it is situated far from nagpur so you have 0 connect with city . You have to travelling to city to enjoy city life . We have college fest which happens in month of February its name is ABHIVYAKTI. Our library is good all books are their which ever is required for circulation but it is very small only 30-40 students can sit at a time . Very bad sports infrastructure in comparison of other IIIT'S we don't have any proper infrastructure for sports and all . All the clubs are there which are generally present in other colleges like dance singing music drama etc
Hostel Facilities :
I'm day scholar so I can't tell much about hostels but I can tell only 30-40 percent of students get hostel alloted because we don't have sufficient hostels for all the students . Most of students live outside of campus in flast and in pg

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Reality of niat

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.
