Curriculum of the course was good and up to date. Delhi University is known for its top notch professors and students. Semester examination took place every six months in between assignment and presentation were done for internals. Examination fee were needed to paid which 500 rupees
Yes, I worked as intern under National museum, New Delhi. As an intern in museum we were supposed to guide the visitors. Maintain library basically museums ology.it was an nice experience. It was a six month internship program.
Our college had placement cell but it failed to do much. Our college basically had average placement. Average placement was 400000 per year. Our students were highly capable sadly placement cell was not upto expectations
So basically I paid 14000 every year ba history Hons. was a three year degree programe. Their were several scholarship schemes under which low income students could prevail it's benefits. So basically when Covid hit, our professor made an effort to pay fees of those students from our classs who were going through financial problem because of Covid.
We had various clubs and societies such as dancing society, singing society, fine arts societies and many more. You name it and we had it. Canteen was the meeting point which was again affordable. Huge football ground along with open basketball ground.
Delhi University have hostel facility in North campus and south campus. Unfortunately our college didn't have hostel. If one wants seek hostel in North or south campus then he/she needs to fill out the form and thereafter cutoff are realised
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
