- I like the college faculties as they are very helpful and supportive. The college curriculum is also comprehensively designed for the students.
- The infrastructure of the college is very good as it is located in the capital city of the nation where you can get jobs easily.
Dislikes
- The college campus is not that much good . Its campus area is very small as I thought.
- As a part the Delhi university no Btech course is present in the college. There is rarely any placement in the college.
Remarks :
Yes the college is very good for the affordability purpose. You can choose the college from the common university entrance test(CUET).The cut off of the college is very low, you can also get the electronics department is in low marks, but to get hons. you have to score more than 400 marks. There are 3 rounds in DU Counselling.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have choose the college due to my interest in the electronics department. The faculties are highly educated, the have pursued their post graduation and doctrate of philosophy from the prestigious colleges in india like Zakir hussain college, bhu and top colleges in DU. The exams are held twice in a year as there are two semesters and two mid exams held in a year with practical.
Internships Opportunities :
No, I have not applied for any internship in my first year. But if you wamt to apply for internships, you can apply in out campus. Amazon, Infosys, microsoft are some comapnies which can offer internship. But there is no stipened provide during internship but if you have the expertise on that field, you can also get stipend.
Placement Experience :
The college has no good record for the placement but if you visit tje college website you would find the average package is 5 lakh which is not true. You get rarely any placement from the in campus. Comapnies such as Deloitte, wipro rarely visit to the company. But if you study properly and apply out can get the package of upto 6 lakh. I have decided to qualify Gate exam as this college cannot provide my expected package.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tution fee- 27700 It is the only fee given at the time of admission. Yes some scholarships are also given at the time of admission for the reservation category students like sc and st scholarships. No, the college does not provide any specific kind of scholarships to the students. Students can also apply scholarship from private source.
Campus Life :
Yes some fests are held in the starting of the colleges bt there numbers are very few. Fresher party held in the starting day if the college. No, there is no library present in the college. Yes, extra curricular activities also held in the college. Some clubs such as cricket and hockey club in the college. You can also join NCC in the college. Dance club and literary club also present.
Hostel Facilities :
No, there are no hostels are present in the college. As in the Delhi university no hostels are provided to the scholars. But, if you are from different city or state you can choose pg's which is present near the college at low price. You can also choose Agrawal hostel present near the college which has moderate price.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
