Remarks :
The factors that made me choose this college were- . It is a renowned college of the country ,with great professors and academics . . The sports facility and infrastructure of the college is great ,and had achieved great milestones in various activities . The societies in college are famous and helps in holistic development of a person. For admission in college,I had cleared the CUET exam 2024 where I was able to secure 722 marks out of 800.Then I filled my preference sheet of the college that I want and I got this wonderful college,it's cutoff was around 700.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My course is BA Program I am lucky to get this college for this course actually it's cut off is very high in other years but when I was getting admit in it was just below my marks that I had secured. The faculties of this college are one of the best in all Delhi University colleges it is one of the biggest and greatest achievements of this college to higher such a great facilities for teaching in its college the knowledge and experience that those faculties hold is a true nature a jam for the student that have came under their entitlement. The term exams in our college for held after an on a semester basis after every 6 months this made the process easy going in understandable for the student however the exams level are also pretty tough.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure for particularly my course is around 25000 per year,with a moderate increase of 1000rs annually.However the college also provides various scholarships . Students of the college have availed various benefits of govt schemes and have excelled to great heights in their life . Fees for other courses usually varies between the same range,like for Bsc and Bcom. The charges of filling examination form are also taken twice a year,which means additional rs 3000/- for semester exam roll number . This college is great place for learning but would be more good if it reduces its fees a bit .
Campus Life :
The campus of the colleges great the facilities of college including free Wi-Fi Internet facilities and also the achievements in sports is also a great eyecatcher. There are various fest and events conducted in the college especially during freshers parties or during festivals of greater importance like Diwali and farewells. The college have various societies such as chess society,civil services society etc. there are very sports played in our college such as hockey Kabaddi football and cricket including volleyball and basketball as well. Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facilities of this college are maintain by the University the best of these facilities which I liked in the college work maintenance of proper hygiene and care for development and making of food with atmost care for children and students. Students of the college are very happy from the services that the college I provided to them however their have been demands for ACs in every classroom which is yet to be full filled but expected to be filled soon. The students engage with each other in atmosphere of confidence believe and sharing of knowledge The food of our man's and canteen is just great it has help us to remind us of the taste of our mother's hand that we were missing when we came to this new town. The college in the structure is great however it requires some modifications to make it more attractive and aesthetic

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
