- I like almost everything about my college whether it’s faculty, campus and everything.
- They provide with best infrastructure and services too.
Dislikes
- Classes sometimes get canceled and teachers inform it too late.
- The quality of food served is not that good in canteen.
Remarks :
Techno India University is one of the best private colleges in Kolkata, with best facilities and good education is top notch. There was no such interview thing during admission process they only asked my personal details which included my result of 10 and 12, adhar card, birth certificate.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are nice and very supportive. They are young and well educated so they know how to teach and know new ways of making things easier for us. Courses provided are also very important for the program we are doing.
Internships Opportunities :
I have done my internship in calcutta high court in the month of february and then submitted the internship reports and everything to our facilities so they could provide it to the council members for the placement preference.
Placement Experience :
We have 2 internships break in the month of february and august. We have to look for internships from our own but if we are unable to find our facility provides with the internship opportunities. Our college says to provide with 100% placements.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I pay 61,000 thousand per semester which includes 2000 examination fees. I do not have any scholarship, but they do provide scholarships. I paid 5000 extra for uniform fees. My batchmates also pay the same amount, but those who have scholarships pay 50% less.
Campus Life :
We have a different campus for law department where no other department are there. Social life is nice people are very friendly including seniors they interact a lot and help us if we need. We have different clubs for different activities for which we have to give audition to join.
Hostel Facilities :
No I do not live in hostel, and everyone who is not from my city lives in pg or flat. Our department does not have any hostel facilities. They have their pg and flat nearby the college, main campus do provide hostel facilities but our department doesn’t.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
