Likes
- The campus is quite open and has plenty of space in it, and it’s quite resourceful.
- There’s a mango orchard, so it you want to have some mangoes handpicked, you can give it a try.
Dislikes
- The hostels are a bit old but it’s not a major problem.
- The water is hard and many people complain about hairfall after coming to college, eithet it maybe due to stress or maybe it’s actually the water.
Remarks :
I chooses the college mainly for the integrated course of BSc. BEd and the location of the college, the faculty, the people. The course and college are pretty good and satisfying in itself and the college conducts many programs all around the year, from freshers party to farewells, from competitions to inter-house leagues.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty is pretty good and the college has enough resources for a proper teacher of students. The faculty is quite supportive and helps students in many fields, whereas the laboratories are filled with resources. There are many programs just to give students the opportunity to work and the college conducts some exhibitions to showcase the work of the college students to outsiders
Internships Opportunities :
The college sends all the students of 7th semester to internships to JNV schools where the students teach and learn for almost 4-5 months and get ratings on their teaching skills by the schools and it’s a very good way of training student-teachers about teaching.
Placement Experience :
There are placement programs conducted by the college and as it is mainly a teacher training institute, all the placements are regarding teaching and the placements are pretty good and can give financial stability.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
If you want to stay in hostel then you have to pay 2550 for food per month and a sum total of 12,000 annually for hostel establishments and tuition fees, there is a scholarship given by the college to students which vary between student to student based on their background, marks and income. There is an annual college fee of 15,000. The college is much of self sufficient in itself, it has badminton, lawn tennis, volleyball, basketball courts and a big enough ground for football and cricket matches.
Campus Life :
The college semester programs starts with the freshers party in college which is conducted by the senior students for the welcome of the new students of their college, after that the college mainly celebrates all of the festivals either Ganesh Chaturthi or Saraswati Puja, the college also celebrates teachers day and conducts many programs all around the year
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel mess is quite average and survivable, for a fees of 2550 a month it’s manageable and the hostel gives rooms to students where 2 students lives in a single room and there is a hostel fees of 12,000 annually . You can apply for hostels during the admission process and it’s really easy to apply.

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
