- The college is very nice and the best part about it is you will never feel bored in this campus because firstly it consist of students from 13 different places and it's so called a mini India then there are many opportunities here to play different games such as We have a large tennis court to play tennis where many faculty members also play here and enjoy their evening here then we have table tennis,Volleyball court at different parts of ground and one inside the college building too then we have a big field for Cricket and Football too.Students can never sit idle here and can enjoy every part of their college life at different times.
- The 2nd best part of this College is it's location It is almost situated in between of the town due to which everything is near and easily available even in this big smart City Bhubneswar.The nearest market aside by this college is Anand Bazaar where we can find every daily need materials and some good food stalls too.Other than this the next market which are nearest to this college are Acharya Vihar And Saheed Nagar Market.Other than this we too have some historical museum and a science park right in back of our college which is too efficient and effective place to spend your weekends and to have a good refreshing mood.
Dislikes
- The buildings present here were built in 1963 during the establishment of RIE BBSR and after that it has only been renuated part by part where it gets damaged but not fully. It's only about the hostels and some staff quaters. The hostels and some of the staff quarters are only old but the college is very well maintained with . The hostels and some of the staff quarters are only old but the college is very well maintained with the latest facilities acquainted in it fully furnitured, CCTV installed, Water purifiers along with every department having an air conditioner in their rooms.
- In our campus there are many open gyms present which our college authority has made but instead of the open gyms they could have made a good perfect gym which would be very beneficial for all the students and would give a timeline to us that at this time we should come and can continue the gym.As there are many gyms so a routine would really help it to maintain it and avoid the crowd.As many students are going out for gym they could have joined this gym and even saved some of their money and the college authority would have earned a little amount of money too
Remarks :
Rie Bhubaneswar is a nice place to study as it provides us with much exposure and has brilliant teaching as the faculty present here all are certified by NCERT. It too offers many different courses which can be pursued in graduation or after it. It institute is best for students who want to pursue an integrated degree in their graduation as it provides an option of the integrated degree of BSc.B.Ed and B.A.B.Ed in 4 yrs It also offers B.Ed and M.Ed in 2 yrs and PhD in education. The faculty present is outstanding and every faculty present here has a master's in their subject. All professors have PhD in their subjects and well well-classified in their subjects. Internships Opportunities :
Yes, we are going for an internship for almost 4 months in the most prestigious school in our country the JNV which is a very good opportunity for us as it gives a real vibe of being a teacher and also helps us to enlarge our teaching skills according to it. It is a very beneficial art of work that the institute offers and we are very heartily thankful to the institute and its management for this kind of hands-on experience. Students usually go to the JNV of Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Odessa. It doesn't offer an internship facility in the North-East.
Placement Experience :
Yes, we have a placement cell in our institute, and every year just before the end sems the placement takes place where schools from various schools of India participate in it and almost all students to sit in placement get placed. It offers a variety type of schools in its placement cell such as DAV and Chinmaya across the country. They too offer a good range of salary and take our students to their schools.
Campus Life :
The best part of RIE BHUBNESWAR is its campus life and the enjoyment that the students enjoy here It doesn't consist of any clubs but conducts fest above any international fest also and the enjoyment is worth it. Everywhere it's greenery. Open gyms are installed in many places inside the campus along with installed in many places inside the campus along with A large area for a tennis court, Table tennis court, H.B. ground, Basketball court, and Volleyball Court. Due to the presence of these resources, students remain fit and can enjoy their sport according to their int st. Inside the campus, we too have a Demonstration Multi-purpose school which is also 4 in India. It offers classes from Nursery to Class 12.

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
