- There is a beautiful garden inside my college where I really like to go and read books.
- The best thing is that the Principal Sir has arranged free meals for the poor students in the college.
Dislikes
- I don't like politics in college at all, it has a bad effect on others' studies.
- There is a garage in the college that is so small that it cannot properly store a bicycle or bike.
Remarks :
First of all, I enrolled here because the college is not very far from my home. Besides, I got good results in 12th and I didn't have much difficulty getting admission here. There is no separate exam for admission but group discussions are held.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The college's official staff and the sir and madam are very good.They are very helpful, be it in terms of studies or in terms of depositing money. Each faculty and their teaching method are very powerful, besides, they support us strongly.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships give you a unique opportunity to try different jobs or industries to better determine whether they're the right fit for me. We didn't get any placements that way, we had to do what we had to do ourselves.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In total, I was charged 12000 taka from the college in 3 years. Besides, poor and backward students were charged much less money at the time of admission. T In addition, they are provided with various scholarships from the college.
Campus Life :
There are 3 libraries in the college, so no one has any difficulty in reading books. You only have to pay 20 Rupees to get a library card. Annual cultural programs are held twice a year , Where new students and former students are invited at the same time .
Hostel Facilities :
I am writing to enquire about the same. I request you to please provide the information regarding the availability of room and the facilities provided including food services, costs of room for single and two sharing, curfew, etc. Kindly revert at the earliest. Thank you.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
