Decision to choose the college was based on the merit list. Since I wanted to choose the economics hons course in Delhi university, and the cut off for the course was very high for North campus colleges ranging from 99.75 to99.5% . So, I couldn't get the North campus college but I got off campus college. So I enrolled in this college.
Course curriculum was very decent and mediocre level. It is really helpful if one is thinking to pursue higher studies in economics. However, students have to really work had to score well in exams as the exams were quite difficult.
Yes I have opted for various internships. Indian knowledge system by AICTE, ministry of education from our college. But the number of internships very were less and the students have to manage the internship opportunities on their own through connection or through the help of professors.
Placement were below average in my college as it was off campus. The companies that come in our college were very less and the ones that come offer the role of marketing, sales and content writing. And the package was also not decent or average. But students try to apply off campus and many students got placed off campus.
First year fees was around 16000, second year fees was around 22000, and the third year fees was around 23000. College also provided scholarships for the reservation category. Some of my batchmates got the scholarships from the university and the college.
Campus life was not very good in my college. But we can easily get access to other DU colleges and can explore their campus life. So it was great fun. Moreover we have different societies that organise annual fest and events where inter du college students come and visit our college and vice - versa..so it was a great fun and helpful in building good network and connection
No college doesn't provide any hostel. Delhi university provides hostel and students relocate to hostel based on the list. Students however find comfortable in private accomodation as they the rent is not too high but it's economical and near the college as well.

So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
