- The travelling from hostel to college & vice-versa that is I dislike..
- College canteen food not soo good...so I dislike it..
Remarks :
The fact is the distance between College and my home that is why I prefer this college...also the transportation is one of the most important fact .. Exam is National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test Examination (NEET) ...it is the entrance exam for medical school in over the country... In last year cut off of my college -- General - 640 OBC - 636 (Around)
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because of my dreams.... No MBBS doctor available in my village, that is one of the important reason for choosing the course... The all facilities are very good & very helpful....they all are teach us very nicely.. Total 9 semester in our course..3 semesters in 1st year & 2 semesters per each year...& One is the final prof exam conducted by university...
Internships Opportunities :
After completion of your study last 1 year of your course is intership in college hospital... Stipends given by university during the internship approx 30000 per month by government.... The patients load is also high for your internship study..
Placement Experience :
After completion of 4.5 years of your study you will elegible for internship for last 1 year of your course in college hospital... Stipends given by university during your internship approx 30,000 per months by state government.... Then after internship 50-60% of students getting housestaff in college hospital..
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Free structure ---- 1st year fees ---11,000 2nd year fees --- 14,000 3rd year fees --- 13,000 4th year fees --- 12,000 If you are from West Bengal board in class 12th ..then you will get SVMCM scholarship, the amount is 60,000..it is a government scholarship

Our college fest name is -- "ASKLEPIUS "... It is conducted in September- October month in every year by our particular a college batch... College central library open from 10 am to 4pm college time only...& Maximum books available... Also there have many sports & extracurricular activities or cultural program in our college... In Google search Rampurhat Govt medical College and hospital, you will find college website ... Infrastructures are very good of our college..
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I am a hostellite... Our hostel name is -- Chakmandala medical campus boys hostel The hostel is 10 km away from our college & hospital campus... In hostel there have one canteen in boys hostel & another in girls hostel... The process for getting hostel associated with admission process... when you admit in college you fill hostel allotment form & you can get hostel... Food quality in hostel is medium... Available foods are VAT , ROTI, VEG ,NON-VEG etc... Hostel fees per year 144/- only.... Hostel accomodation is excellent...

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.

Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
