Remarks :
College is allotted by delhi University on the basis of cuet marks.DU primarily uses CUET scores for admissions to its UG and PG programs.After the CUET results are declared, you need to register on the DU CSAS portal.This portal is where you will fill in your preferences for colleges and courses.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I took this course because it provides a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of commerce, including accounting, finance, marketing, economics, and business law. And have a wide range of career options in various sectors such as finance, banking, consulting, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
Internships Opportunities :
No, currently I have not got any internship because right now I am just in the 1st year and only those are eligible for internship who are in the 2nd year and who have extra skills and I don’t have both right now .
Placement Experience :
Students must have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university and Students should have a minimum aggregate of 65% or more in their bachelor's degree for merit-based admission . And the highest placement in slc is 11 lakh and average placement is 4 lakh .

Tuition fees - 180 Admission fees - 20 Identify card - 50 Library and reading room - 150 Electricity and water fees - 100 Garden fees - 100 Medical fees - 250 Games and sports - 1000 Ncc - 100 Common room - 250 And many more fees are added
Campus Life :
Anugoonj is the fest that is conducted between February-march. The library has an institutional membership with UGC' N-LIST program. E-Journals and other e-resources subscribed by the Delhi University Library System are accessed in the Library through Delhi-University-Wide-Network and other e-resources accessed remotely through UGC' N-LiST program.User-friendly fully computerized On-line Library Catalougue(OPAC) is available for access to students and faculties in the College Library. SLC has a 400-meter playground, basketball court, cricket ground, football ground, and hockey ground and offers coaching camps, regular coaching, and participation in major tournaments . SLC has societies for arts and culture, including a Dramatics Society and a Street Play Society and SLC's Eco-Club organizes activities like plantation drives, awareness drives, and competitions
Hostel Facilities :
Shyam Lal College in Delhi University, India does not have a hostel on campus. Students must rent a room or PG near the college. Recently i am living in shree hari pg that is located in naveen shahdara or behind the shyam lal college .

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
