- Professors are very good at what they teach Faculty of our department is very impressive
- Infrastructure and campus life is going good Open space in between college give us peace in the middles of all the chaos Food in canteen is very affordable there is food of every kind and for everyone
Dislikes
- Class assessment throughout the semester Its very hectic to prepare ourselves every month for tests
- Attendance, At master's degree the amount of pressure they create for attendance is very bad ,they are sending mail every week regarding attendance its really hectic for some people to travel 12km everyday.
Remarks :
The give Direct admission to students with minimum 50% cut off There is not interview or test needed There are only good aspects of our college,the college is famous for its law, engeneering and media and journalism department

The teachers of English department is very good and cooperative they use easy terms to make students understand a topic,they give detail information regarding every topic Every months class assessment is taken,They finish one topic and take tests regarding that topic They have mid semester exams and end sem exam every semester 75% attendance is compulsory

I haven't got to chance yet to apply for internship but will get it soon, i heard they have 97%placement record and they have top recruiters all over India and foreign they have 300+campus drives and is Naac approved

The infrastructure is open,we have a huge open space in between campus,there are multiple building in one campus they are improving day by day, they have basket ball court, seminar halls,Foreign language classes and many more overall its a good college and the ambience of they college is nice
Hostel Facilities :
I havent opted for hostel facility i live 12 km away from college but i live at my house but heard that hostel facility is good near our college and they provide safe environment for the students of snu

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
