- The infrastructure is phenomenal and is very peaceful for students to destress in between classes.
- the societies conduct activities often that helps students interact with each other more.
Dislikes
- the faculty is quite biased towards honors students so that inculcates a sense of complex among students.
- the classrooms are not large enough to accommodate large number of students and thus makes it uncomfortable in summers.
Remarks :
The college has one of the best infrastructures among the other north campus colleges. The admission process includes giving the CUET examination and then based on the achieved score the college and course is allotted. There is no personal interview or group discussion. the cut off for my course is around 550 to 650 but anything around can get you a decent college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty is great and makes sure to focus on maximum students and thus convey in English and Hindi both so that all the students can understand. the examinations are conducted at the end of every semester. The teachers are sometimes biased towards honors students but still do look out for us as well.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee for my course is 34625 rupees annually with no extra or hidden charges except for a separate examination fee. their is some remission for students of different categories like SC/ST/EWS and some scholarships are also available on merit and category basis. the fee structure does not increase or decrease but could depending on circumstances.
Campus Life :
The college campus is quite isolated from other north campus colleges so its not really a student area and not much to do around the campus. the transportation facilities are available at feasible distance as it is more of a residential area. the college has many societies like dance, drama and music etc. that engages students and teaches them to take leadership roles.

But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college

Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
