- Infrastructure is not too modern but it's acceptable according to fees , and every room is also equipped with air conditioner.but it's located in a semi urban area, in Baruipur, near sonarpur
Remarks :
The main factor is fees and quality.This is the best college i have ever seen which provide best quality study in most affordable fees.In 2024 , there is very very few AICTC approved college which provides Low fee(most of them does not provide study quality), so i choosed this college, I have to give WBJEE ENTRANCE EXAM to take admission here, but without counselling I took admission here. College campus is good enough according to price.But one bad thing is there is very pressure about the attendance,( we are forced to attend college daily, otherwise gurdian call, section change happens, this is negetive point), otherwise everything is good. faculty is very helpful, and most of company comes for placement like Amazon, tcs ,wipro ,infosys, ibm ,etc)
Course Curriculum Overview :
I am studying in btech computer science and engineering course under makaut syllebus. I choosed this course because of daily demand of technology, ai ,data scientist ete.and really, the whole faculty is very very helpful (specially ece and cse ).There is 2 semester, where we have to score minimum 40% to pass and before each semester ,there is CA EXAM, like ca1, where we have to create and submit ppt on given topic, ca2, where we have to write, and ca3 and ca4 are an exam which will be in college campus.As an professional couse , difficulty level is moderate.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, i opted an internship, named AIMTECH LAB, which works with reliance animation. There is many field like ai& animation, office automation, digital marketing etc which are available to learn from AIMTECH lab for free as well as they will provide you internship.
Placement Experience :
The best thing Is the placement, Many many companies came here for placement,like Amazon, wipro, tcs , Capgemini, infosys, cisco, and others . Average package is 5-6 lpa. Faculty member will help in placement, don't worry
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I'm sayan maiti, from Swami Vivekanand institute of science & technology(SVIST kolkata).Actually, my total 4year fees is 490000, from which , i got an college scholarships of 60000, which deducted from my fees and my updated fees is 430000. I will also get a gov scholarship which is available in my college, named SVMCM SCHOLARSHIP, from which i will get 60000 per year ,that means total 240000 in 4 yr. but one condition is i have to score minimum 60% each semester and with no supply in any subject. It will be credited directly in my bank account.
Campus Life :
Campus is big enough., There is AC in every room, Computer lab is very very big.every lab is full of all equipments.there is held a college fest named "ENTHUZEA" which is held in this march to April month and it is held in a nearby auditorium. and there also held a TECH FEST, which is celebrated with grand manners.There is a huge centralized college library where you can get any of books easily.There also hold sports name ATHELEZA, in this February month,which is very very exiteful. There also organised many camp, seminar, drawing, poster, wall magazine competition.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is moderate, not too much modern and not too much outdated, there is also many hostels under construction, that is very modern and good. Hostel food is good, to apply hostel room we have to contact to college office .

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
Jalpaiguri Institute of technology good collage but fees are high

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.
Review of my collage
Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
