I got this college on the basis of my cet percentile. I was guided by my some cousins and they advised me to take up this college as I was getting cse branch in this college. See if you belong to Hindi minority community in Maharashtra your cutoff would be low as compared to non minority. It would be around 96 percentile for cse minimum i would say.
As colleges mostly have boring curriculum and professors. So don't expect much because whatever you want to you have to do it on your own . There are some professors which are really good . But generally you will find them boring because of curriculum
Atleast 7.5 cgpa. Amazon,JP Morgan,de shaw , ... Highest package is 48 lpa average is 7-8 lpa. Generally cse students are on demand others have to either compete with them or join something else. I might go for masters after graduation.
My fees was 180000. But now it has changed to 280000 because rcoem has become open university. Earlier sc st has only developmental fees . But now for new admission category doesn't matter , every one has to pay equal figure
Area covered by college is very less. Infrastructure is average . Sometimes you will feel you are in school . There are football ground, basketball ground and volleyball ground.Fest are conducted in last week of February.Name of the fest is Pratishruti.librabry is quite impressive but who read books in college.there are lot of groups related to technical , drama , dance etc.
No I haven't been enrolled in hostel . But I have seen hostel it's not that good . Rooms are too small . Mess food is average.nearby you can find room or pg in gittinkhadan.Hostel are quite expensive comparing to facilities.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
