I choose this collage because I like the campus and the reputation of this collage. This collage has got NAAC A++ which is required for a good collage. Admission process of this collage is simple you can apply for the LPU NEST exam and must have your 12th percentage not less than 60%
I choose this course because I like doing experiment and also like chemistry. The faculty is good and the teaching experience is also good. For my course b.pharma the mid terms exams are held 2 times and after mid term there is end term exams
There are various companies that offer internship to the bachelor. From my degree there are various companies who came here like Cipla Ltd, Glenmark pharmaceuticals and many others and there are very good company and are providing best package to the interns
The placement in the collages are good enough and are provided with a very decent amount of package like the starting of package is Rs 600000 p.a. and the highest package gone till now is Rs 3cr. There are maximum number of students who gets placement.
The year wise fee I pay is 200000 which includes the lab fee ,tution fee and many others. There is scholarship based on the exam which is taken by LPU only. The fee hike does takes place after every 4 to 5 years
The campus is very good and big around 600 acres and it's still growing. There are various fest conducted and they are conducted every 2 month. LPU has a very big library and there are mainly all books present.
I had lived in the collage hostels for 1 year and the hostel are good and mainly are very well maintained. The room are cleaned after every 2 days and there is warden present all time in the hostels. The food quality of mess is good as compared to many collages. But after 1 years of living in hostel I shifted outside because it is very expensive as compared to living in the hostel.
if you are above 6.0 cgpa and no reappears and backlogs your are eligible for 70 % of companies. recently TCS,AMAZON,COGNIZANT also came for placement highest is 51LPA,6LPA avg. 80% of each batch is placed.
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.
I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.
Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc
College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys, tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year
Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.
The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement. There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
