- Infrastructe and campus life is good..campus is absolutely amazing
Remarks :
It was close too my home and the fees is affordable as compared to other collleges.. the cutoff for ece branch is 80 percentile in JEE exam or you can appear in spot round for the seats left in the branch.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The acedamic staff is really good.. the faculty is really amazing very helpfull.. the faculty is very educated and have a very good past experience. There are 2 exams in a semester the midterm exam is of 20 marks and the majors are of 40 marks
Internships Opportunities :
Various companies comes to this college .. i am in 1st year so i have not that much information about the placements but according to the sceniors placemnts js good.. big companies including nvidea comes to the colege
Placement Experience :
Placements are average the average package is 7 lakh per annum there is high placement in ece branch and in cse however each branch have some placement but the placement is not upto the mark.. however a decent plavement is provided by the college
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wise college fees is 1850000 Anuaal fees of our college is 40000 and tution fees is 140000 and there is a security depoait of rupees 10000 . Fees is comparibility low as compared to other colleges
Campus Life :
The campus of smvdu is really good.. located on the hills. Tgere is a good view of the mountains and shri mata vaishno devi ji.. the annual feat take place every year and it is such a amazing fest.. there a re more than 50 clubs in our college
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel infrastructure is really good there are 5 hostles for boys and 2 for girls .. mess hygiene is proper.. proper cleaning of washroons food quality is average however there is variety in the food provided

Placement Experience :
Placements in our college are average only, not very high but not zero also. Few companies come every year for campus recruitment, like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and some local construction firms. They mostly offer roles like junior engineer, site supervisor or trainee. Highest package was around 8 LPA for IT profile, average goes between 3-4 LPA. Almost 50-60% students get placed from campus, rest students go for off campus or higher studies. Eligibility for placement is you need minimum 6.5 CGPA and no active backlogs, also they check communication skills in interviews. No big mass recruiters like in IITs, but still some opportunities are there if you prepare well. If not getting placed through campus, I plan to try off campus drives and also thinking to prepare for govt exams or maybe do M.Tech. College do conduct some training sessions and mock interviews but main thing depends on self preparation.

Placement Experience :
Here almost 95% students got placed.average salary is around 6-7 lpa.Companies like wipro,infuses,bhel visited here.my plan after degree is to do mtech from iits. Highest package is around 45 lakhs (off campus). On campus it is around 25 lpa.

I am always moved by my college’s course curriculum which is multicultural and gives students a wide range of choices. The courses are demanding but the lecturers are always ready to provide support and counsel. It is affordable to all through scholarships and fair fees.

Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placement depends on the company, majorly all companies asks for minimum CGPA of 7 or 7.5. Some past major companies which comes for recruitment are amazon, sprinklr, paytm, nvidia, ICICI bank, HDFC bank, maruti suzuki etc. According to 2023 data, highest package offered was 53 LPA, average package offered was 18 LPA, minimum package was 5 LPA. Percentage of students get placed in 2023 is 85%. My plans after getting the degree is to either works on corporate or to prepare for UPSC.

quality of teaching is crucial, instructor give their best in the class and class strength is divides in two section according their enrollment number.i think fees is affordable and fees waiver for different category.
My University Life In The University of Kashmir.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for the placements of jobs was 65% in the grade card if graduation. The recruitment process was followed by a job examination and job interview. Cipla, SKIMS were some of the recruiters that visited the university and offered almost 15 jobs. The average package offered by the recruiters was 40-70 thousands per month. And the highest package offered by the recruiters was 1.1 Lakh per month. In this recruitment process almost 40% students got placements. I got a private job in a private pharmacy company. Now, I have chosen this job as my carrier after getting the degree.

Placement Experience :
There were no job or placement opportunities available and it didn’t bothered the college. The main aim of the students as well included to just pass the degree and get out of there. Faculties also discouraged about the job market scenario outside the college which alleviated the trouble.

Previously there was 100% on campus placement in university but now it's only somewhat 70%. Companies come for placement also they select students but most of time it sells based company not a product based company also they offer quit low packages. Most of students try off Campus Placement where they get some good offers. Average package is about 5-7 lakh
