- One of the best infrastructure in punjab.
- In campus library gym Sports ground parks canteen and loundry is available.
Dislikes
- The distance from main city is very high.
- Government buses are not stops there & no good restaurant are nearby.
Remarks :
Environment of the college is very good. For admission you have a valid 12th score in science or a good rank in jee mains. All facilities available in the campus. The faculties are very helpful. The staff are very good
Course Curriculum Overview :
A semester system is their with proper examination at time to time & practicals studies. All facilities are phd holders & have great experience in their respective fields. All courses are finished within the time of course.
Internships Opportunities :
We have a one month internship at Tata & a semester training at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. We have internship in different areas like robotics, design, cnc technology and manufacturing. In final year we have projects which is presented for final grades.
Placement Experience :
For placement you have minimum 60%in your all career. Also you have passed your all past semester. Recruiters are infosys,tata, Sonalika, Cognizant,oocl,hike education etc Highest package is 63lpa off campus in Microsoft and in campus is 21lpa Average package is 6-8 lpa. Nearly 40-60%students gets a placement offer.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total fee 75000 including exam fee For sc/st students different scholarships are their. For home state students also 50%fee waiver scheme is their. For students of special cases 100% fee waiver schoolership scheme is also available
Campus Life :
In the campus many fest are celebrated spacially engineers day on the occasion of engineer day. Their are a library which is known as knowledge research centre. Their are many books and Journals available. In classroom we have digital board & comfortable chair centralised ac also. Social groups like anti ragging committee,mess committee and hostel committee etc
Hostel Facilities :
Food quality is very good. Mess and hostel area is very hygienic. Menu is decided by students. Spacial dishes are also included on different occasions. Hostel are new & well mentioned. Attached bathroom and washroom are with room & for beautiful view balcony is also there.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
