The basic reason for choosing this college in course is that this college provides you with a lot of opportunities. There are a lot of societies and cultural events that take place in the college and you will never be free in this college. Either you'll be studying or you will be in the fest events and Society meetings. Overall, the exposure that you get in Bombay and the curriculum they teach you everything from IKS to programming and everything in this course, so it is a stop solution for all.
As I mentioned above, the reason was the exposure that I will get the facilities are really good. They're very cooperative. Most of them are PhD holders, their doctors and the way they teach is really good. They teach through class activities and they take a lot of presentations. They teach on SmartBus with stylish and t exams that we have are ICA. There are basically three ICA for major subjects and two ICS for minor subjects and one in semester exam in six months.
Yeah, I have opted for an internship which was that I had to teach children. This is a non-profitable organisation which is run by a college faculty and they provide you a typing of ?200 per hour and basically go there and teach students which are under privileged, basically, there are a lot of other internship options as well, but you need to find them.
The eligibility criteria for placement is that you need to have 90% attendance in the training and placement cell meetings which is conducted after the first year. Actually, when you talk about placements, the placement rate is a little low as it is in Mumbai university and a government College, so there is not much focus on placements internships. You can get a letter from the placement cell for internships as well, but in all in summary, you need to develop yourself by using the college facilities and get a job yourself.
the fee per year is 55000 this includes all the things except any extra certificate courses fro any extra certificate courses you need to pay for that this also does not include any sap source fee as well
Basically, in Bombay, you won't find any good campus. There is no ground. Even the building that we are studying in is not ours. It is a rented building from another college. So when you talk about the campus, there is no campus life. The infrastructure is very good. The labs facilities and everything is really good. The reading room is always available for you. There are a lot of books in the library. There are a lot of clubs that are run by students, you won't feel bored.
There is no fossil facilities that are provided, but there are a lot of Pg's and hostels nearby, you would be easily be able to find the Pg's and hostels near the college. There is HIVE hostels student safe housing. And student housing, basically in the first year children live in a PG and from second year, they take a rented apartment with their friends.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
