LPU college review
Remarks :
My brother was in this college and he good good placement, but i gave its entrance exam and thats why i got scholarship. But we should have to study for that exam also if we will not study we will not get scholarship...
Course Curriculum Overview :
Everything is good. Faculty help everyone and the exams happen on time.... We can ask so much times to teachers and they tell everytime, teachers are so helpful here, even they act like our friends also.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't done any internship yet. But i am trying to get. I got to know my College also provide internship so i am waiting for them to help me to get the placement.... Even i got referral from my brother to do internship
Placement Experience :
I haven't sitted in placements yet but from seniors i got to know that placements are okay okayy here. Last year i got to know some of my seniors got 10 lpa here and they got more in other companies also.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For me it was 2,40,000 free for a year but i got scholarship and it became 1,80,000 for a year. This is not according to cast this is according to the lpunest exam which we give to take admission in lpu
Campus Life :
There is so many fest happen here like ine india one world, i alsk have participated in that..., there is library and clubs and everything you have seen in movies. We have different clubs for different activities here
Hostel Facilities :
Menu is good but I don't like roti of mess. I come from haryana and here we eat best food but in mess I don't like it. But we have so much shops outside hostels we can eat there if we don't like the food of mess

if you are above 6.0 cgpa and no reappears and backlogs your are eligible for 70 % of companies. recently TCS,AMAZON,COGNIZANT also came for placement highest is 51LPA,6LPA avg. 80% of each batch is placed.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
