Remarks :
There are lot of good things like infrastructure, faculty, culture, exposure that we are getting here is massive.coming to the bad things i feel the food here is sometimes difficult. Coming to the admission process we have to write the entrance exam i.e (LPUNEST) and based on the score that we get in that the aid and other facilties are provided. No gd/pi for admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose B.tech because i like doing something big in the tech world.Coming to the faculty Most of the teachers are qualified and pursued a phd in their repective domains.The teaching methods are very intutive. In a semester there class assessments,mid terms and end terms and the difficulty level is medium.
Internships Opportunities :
Many companies visit campus to offer interships also like dell,visa.They give a decent stipend amount of 20000 to 1 lakh per month.and the companies visit here for web developer roles,data scientist,Ai/ML engineer roles.Developing website and analysing data projects they will ask whenthey come here.
Placement Experience :
Eligibilty criteria for the placements is decided by the companies here not the university but the university ecommend students to keep CGPA of 6.5.Many companies visit here like TCS,visa and many more.The average package is 6 LPA and the highest package is 20-30 LPA. Many of the students are getting placed like 70%.My plan is to get a decent package.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I am the batch of 2023 intake.So i am paying 84500 semester tution fee and residential fee of 80000 per year and mess fee of 40000 per year.My actual tution fee is 120000 but i got 30% scholarship and i am paying the above amounts after getting the aid.Every semester there is exam fee of 4000 rupees.I wrote the college entrance exam for that i paid 1000 rupees and based on the score i got there i got 30% aid and for my classmates also it is based on the marks that they got in the entrance exam.The highest aid is 30% only.
Campus Life :
The Fest that i remembered was one India One World which happened in aug-sep. The infrastructure is at peak level.Coming to the library there is a dedicated library of 5 floors and there are thousands of books.Coming to the sports and extra cultural activities there are separate groups for these which are run by students and they conduct every event.
Hostel Facilities :
I have opted the college hostel.It is of 80000 per year and coming to the food that i somewhat i feel difficult.Other than that,the infrastructure of the hostel rooms is extremely well.Every year the university opens a website portal for selecting the rooms that students want at that time the students can choose that.My friends are in PG they are paying a rent of 8000 per month.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

Internships Opportunities :
I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
