Remarks :
The college has good teaching staff, with regular classes and qualified teachers. The Admission process was very smoth . Main reason for preferring this college is the travel and cost . The college is 45 minutes away from my home which which helps me save a lot of money. The commerce faculty of this college is very good.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The main reason for choosing commerce is the numerous opportunities that lies with this stream. The commerce faculty is very good, the teachers are very helpful and have good knowledge in their areas. The teaching process of the teachers are very smooth and easy to understand. The student ration of our class is 100 students. The exams are conducted on timely basis and it's a proper test of the one's knowledge .
Placement Experience :
The college provides campusing opportunity to student. Since I am now in 1st year I haven't been on that stage but students become eligible for it after final exams of the final year. Many companies like tata, and other local and national companies visit our college every year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure of the college is good. The fees for b. Com honours is 4700 per year. The college also provides with scholarship to those in need. Since I an in 1st year, I haven't made it up to the campus process but looking to it, it seems to be good . The cost of study in this college is very minimum.
Campus Life :
The college campus is great with seperate area for commerce Department. Our college has many facility like sports, drama etc. The college library is average with minimum books available. The college conducts fest annually. The classes has basics Amenities like benches and chairs, board , fan etc..Our college has a big ground for sports and other activities.
Hostel Facilities :
The college provides hostel facility to those in need for it, though the hostels in our college are not in that good conditions. As a student not staying in hostel it is average to me in terms of assistant and others amenities.
Interview Experience :
The college conducts exams on every 6 months on semester basis. The exams are conducted very smoothly and exams are of moderate difficulties which provides challenge to students. The preparation in the college is very good as the teachers conducted revision classes on regular basis.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
