- I really liked the campus and college infrastructure
- The faculty is very cooperative here and they try to help you throughout your college but everyone is not same.
Dislikes
- The area where the College is located in is known to be in Kolkata but it is in a place like a village which is very less developed and there is no happening after 7pm
- The faculty is very limited and the same teachers keep rotating for the 3 years
Remarks :
I choose this college because it had a decent reputation and placement records in Kolkata.For getting admission in BBA, I had cleared the WBCET examination which was held online and it was easy though!
Course Curriculum Overview :
I took BBA because I had a great interest in commerce field and management to be specific and BBA being a professional course it could help me in my future MBA course.The faculty here is just above average but there is a lack of professionalism. Sometimes I've even felt that I'm studying in a local government college instead of a established private college.The semester fee here was 57000 per semester and there was no scholarship or financial assistance available.
Internships Opportunities :
The college didn't provided any internship from itself instead we opted for third party internships like being in TCS and the work there was to enter data and they paid me too. Another internship I took by learning the skill of marketing by a third party company.
Placement Experience :
Btech had a good placement and internship record but BBA didn't have any placement more than 1.4 lakh p.a. Third party internships were available but none from the college itself.My plan after this is to pursue MBA for which I'm preparing currently.
Campus Life :
The campus of Heritage group of education is great and huge but what is the use of this huge beautiful campus if there are almost 0 fests organised. We didn't even received any freshers which is very shameful.There are various sports and fashion clubs operating here but none other than this like myself being a management student I wanted opportunities where I can lead and or manage any programs. t There are very less opportunities in extracurricular activities if you are not a sports,fashion,dancing,singing kind of person.

In this college we have five departments, civil, computer science, mechanical, electrical and mechanical respectively and the stops are very good and the faculties are highly qualified and they are about almost everyone is iitiab

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
Jalpaiguri Institute of technology good collage but fees are high

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.
Mathematics at JU
Placement Experience :
Placements are for MSc batch only. Last year the highest package was 28LPA from Citi Bank, Gurgaon. Majorly hiring companies that come in FETSU for placements only come to maths dept in SFSU. Packages offered here are based on qualities. It decent.
