- I like the faculty members of all department because they all are very experienced.
- I like the campus life because that is very enjoyable to me, there are many option of enjoyment on my free time.
Dislikes
- The college gives low package or low salary job or placement.
- The placement is not guaranteed for 4th year students.
Remarks :
I chose this college for many reasons, those are the college has a fully green pollution-free campus the process of admission is very simple the college gives excellent placement assistance, and the college is fully ragging-free, that's. For this reason, I chose this college and I like it. That's all.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The overall experience on Course curriculum, Academics, Faculties, Scholarships, and Fees is excellent, there are two semesters conducted every year, and this course is a of total 4 years, this college is under MAKAUT(MAULANA ABUL KALAM AZAD UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY) and also approved by AICTE. The Faculties of all departments are very friendly and very experienced, they all have M.TECH degrees, and some of them also have PhD. degree. In our CSE department, a total of 20 faculties are there. Otherwise the attractive government and college private scholarships both are available for financially damaged students. The total fees of courses are very low and affordable for every student. That's all.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't opted for any internship yet but I am sure that I will get one soon, the college gives exciting internship opportunities for every student in 4th year and those companies give verified certificates and stipends. That's all.
Placement Experience :
The college doesn't give any placement guarantee but they will give suggestions or placement assistance or guidance, in every year, there are 40 to 50 percent students of 4th year get placed in very reputed companies like Cognizant, Sutherland, TCS, Rashmi Metalics, etc. I want to be a software engineer and I want to get a job in reputed MNCs. That's all.
Campus Life :
Life inside the campus is very joyful, there is a canteen and a central library available for every student, in the off time, all students spend their time in these places, the infrastructure of the college is very good, the classrooms are very airy and it has big windows, sufficient lights and fans available, I didn't choose hostel for me. That's all.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
