- In our zoology honours we've 4 teachers.... except our HOD sir ..rest 3 teachers are truly bad...they know nothing...they don't know how to teach or to demonstrate a practical...vey horrible experience with those teachers .... they don't behave properly with students... always harrased them.... it's a horrible experience for me...I don't want to remember them...
- If I come to point of our HOD sir....in one word he's incredible...one of the best teacher I have seen in my life.... he's also head of zoology department in WBSU ....he itself a tank of knowledge...huge respect to him...
Remarks :
I have taken admission in the year 2020 during the covid time this college is near to my home, approx a distance of 150 meters from my house. There is no other factors to choose this college .........
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is good...the subjects were also good and interesting...in first,fifith and sixth semester there will be practical based on field study...in general couse you can choose chemistry or physiology in first year and botany in second year...SEC subjects is also in 5 and 6 semester.. Academically it's worth..fees is too minimal and in compared to other colleges it's too low... faculties are not that much worthy except one.
Placement Experience :
Various private companies came to college for awareness programmes etc...recently a jor fair is held...many good companies came there and selected some students...so we can say thar it's good.........
Campus Life :
Campus life is extremely good annual feast, basant utsav and many more programs are celebrated..and in every month various activities occurs The library is extremely good...huge collection of books everything you'll get there Classrooms are very big and spacious atleast in one class 50-60. Students can seat comfortably..and some classroom like 206 is such big that 150 students can seat comfortably...but the classroom should get renovated... still we have black boards with chalk...needs more lights and fans ....the floors should need renovation and the benches too...this are all very old and should be replaced by a new one.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
