I got into this college in CSAB round 2 and was admitted in this college based on information like a package, companies visiting, and overall facilities. There is no GD and Interview for admission. I got 94.2 percentile in JEE mains 2023 and AIR 65215 and the best thing about the college is the academic curriculum and the overall development of the students.
I got an Electronic and communication branch. I chose this because it has a wide scope in upcoming years in government as well as the private sector. Faculties are qualified professors and assistant professors. There are 2 sessional exams and one end sem exam and lab exams are also performed. Fees are high as you compare it with Nit or IIT. There are many scholarships provided by the state government as well as the central government.
No, I have not opted for any placement as I am in my first year. The internship is provided in the second and third year and companies provide internships to qualified students. Companies like Infosys, Microsoft, Google, and TCS provide internships or you have to go for off-campus internships.
Many big companies visit colleges for placement drives. Companies like Google Infosys TCS HCL Nvidia visit the college. The average package is about 13-14 lpa. Internships are also provided by the companies. Highest package in 86 LPA. The percentage of students placed is about 88%. I plan to go for a higher degree.
The infrastructure is in the building phase. There is one academic building and one administrative building. One hostel building has 10 floors. The playground is in the building phase. A gym is provided in the hostel building. The library is available in an academic building. Three fest are there in college cultural fest named ABHIVYAKTI, technical fest tantrafest, and sport fest kshitij. There are many clubs for students GDSC, orator club, music club, dance club, E cell, and many more. Food quality is good in the hostel mess. Hostel fees are 120000.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
