i was getting cse branch and i thought there is mahadbt scholarship so i can take here admission . no there was no group discussion , interview or written test for admission. it is very expensive college and if they impose some disiplinary fine on students that is also huge . there is huge intake of students this is also not good.
curriculum is good as majority subject are taught to aiml students which are of cse core . faculty all are almost phd holders and have good research work and many publications. there are sessional exam after ever 1.5 month 2 time in a semester and end sem exam.
i have applied for some internships currently , the training and placement cell send jobs and internship links to mail of students . service based company generally offer below 8 lpa in placement drive and take more number of students compared to software based company.
there are very less placed students currently due to resession . placements are below average . we have to apply off campus by our own 6.5 cgpa is safe to sit in placement but above 7 it is good . 30-35 percent students got place this time.
till 6th semester tution fees is 114,850 then in 7 and 8 sem it is around 102,600. yes there are many scholarship provided like mahadbt for maharashtra students and rajasthan govt, mp govt , andhra govt etc are available for sc, st and obc students gym fees is 2000 and exam fees is around 3500.
life at campus is not so good as it is far away from the city , there is also not sufficient infrastructure to handle current students. there are some clubs like music club which doesnt have basic instrument like drumset etc. only some club are good. no sports infrastructure.
to apply for hostel pay hostel fees , 2 seater or 4 seater hostel are good with proper internet connection full wifi and lan ports in every rooms . but hostel is expensive around 80,500 fees per year for 4 seater without caution money and other charges . food in mess is average.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
