- Our college has a nice infrastructure. I like about my college is that for every branch there is a diferent building .
- Also there are various clubs in my college. So i did not feel bored in my college also various fest happens in our college.
Dislikes
- I mostly dislike about my college is its location . It is out of town so it is a bit dificult to acces to the city .
- The next thing is the girls percentage in our college is also very low .
Remarks :
I given a exam named jee( joint entrance exam) . First stage is to clear jee mains then i had to clear jee advance exam . I belong to general category thats why my cutoff was higher i scored 120 out 360 in jee advanced exam . My college is an iit it is good in very much aspects like there are so much clubs ,sports etc . Also education is also very nice in my college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My course is civil eng. I choose this course because i have interest in this course from childhood. Also our faculties are very nice . Most of the faculties are graduated from iits . And done phd in there subjects. Fees of our college is affordable. Also there is fee waveir for those student whose parental income is low. Our term exam happend and there level was moderate.
Internships Opportunities :
I am in 1st year so i had not opted for nay internship . But in 3rd year of my course i will opt for an internship. There are much opportunities in our college for internship. Many companies provide internship to the students.
Placement Experience :
Placement and internship opportunities in my college is very decent. Many companies provide internship to the students in their 3rd year. Also during the internship students got pre placement offer of good package. Highest package of our college was 60 lpa last year and average package is nearly 19lpa . My plan is to grab campus placement after my graduation .
Campus Life :
Our college has a good social life . In the college there are various types of clubs like drama, music ,alankar alpha etc. all sports facilities is in the campus. Hostels are also very nice . Every room has wifi facility ,fan ,table,almirah etc. Hostel has automatic washing machine due to which it is easier to wash clothes . Food quality is also decent in the mess . On the occasion of festival there is made special dinner in the mess.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

Internships Opportunities :
I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
