Firstly you have to pass Madhyamik exam with atleast 50% of marks and you need to clear JEXPO exam conducted by WBJEE There is a online counseling of JEXPO exam where you can will to take admission in this college, if your name is shortlisted then you can take admission in offline mode in college campus. Application fees and application dates will be mentioned in the detailed notification in website. There are reservations for SC/ST/OBC/TFW candidates as per reservation act of India Admission process need to take less time. Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I've always a naac about computer and its programming since childhood days. There are 60 students and 6 teachers, so the ratio is 10: 1 All the teachers are M.Tech degree holder. There are internal exams and semester exams in our college, some class tests are also conducted surprisingly. If you attend the class regularly you can easily pass all of them.
Placement Experience :
Tata, Mahindra, Wipro, Hcl etc. Companies give internship to students, an average of 10000 per month is given to select students. Mainly assistant posts are offered to our students. Besides Internship some permanent jobs are also offered. Though any project hasn't been done by them.
Campus Life :
There was a freshers welcome ceremony in our college named Freshers 2022. This year an annual fest to be conducted by college. Plans are going on. There is a library and a reading room for students with great collection of books. Our college consists of 3 floors and total 70 rooms. Annual sports events, cultural programme and social activities are held each year. There is only a student union run by seniors. We have to share a single room with 3 more friends. The room are big enough to be shared. The daily meal quality is good, rice, daal, mix vej and egg/fish are on daily menu. Chicken is provided once in a week. You have to opted admission in hostel with the admission in college together.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.

Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
