- Some of the professor are not good and the students are arrogant in nature

Remarks :
The good thing about the college is its legacy, the process of getting into this college is to take the CUET exam, and then the cut-off is released according to the subjects and you make your preference list and if you have that numbers in your exam then you will get into your college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The reason I chose this course is that I liked it, and the professors are good they are highly qualified from foreign universities and every year we have 2 semesters and we have 2 exams and internal, practical, the fees are high as compared to the other colleges.
Internships Opportunities :
No, I haven't opted for an internship but there are several internships in the university like the vice chancellor internship and many more. There are also internships from foreign companies that come during the placement session.
Placement Experience :
Placements are also in our college and I know only one company that is McKenzie, the percentage of students getting placed is over 80 percent, and my plan after my degree is to join civil services and to serve.
Campus Life :
The campus life is very interesting we have our college fest named Harmony it is a 3-day fest and we have a lot of adventurous activities the cultural night and prom night. The extracurricular activities are many like sports, hiking, trekking, and the societies are also very active in the college and they interact very much with the students. I live in a pg, the food is average and the area is Malka Ganj

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
