- I like peaceful environment, greenary, students, and my friends.
- It's very good for the outsider students who never felt freedom before.
Dislikes
- Canteen, college canteen is worse no variety food plus they don't take Paytm for packed foods and snacks
- Management of the college is so slow and filthy, they don't care about the students deadline
Remarks :
I wanted to go to Delhi University and I took an entrance exam for it called CUET. Cuet is based on your 12th learnings and it's basic if you learn beforehand. I got my preference in 3 rounds of selection and I'm very happy to have my college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because it is very related to finance which I gonna choose in later stages, my faculty members are very good and qualified but they are very old and have very slow pacing for teaching. Exams were held in semesters (2 sem in a year) difficulty is medium, and the total fees for the course would be 10 lakh approx. Financial assistance are provided to the needy students on based on their forms and application.
Internships Opportunities :
No, I haven't opted for internship with the college but I'm doing internship with a ngo which is outside of the college community. But my college do provide many internship opportunities internal and external and has a very active placement cell.
Placement Experience :
My college has good placement cells. The highest placement would be 35 lakh last year and the average would be 8 lakh almost 70% of students get placed who have better skill sets and few recruiters are Deloitte Paytm etc
Campus Life :
College life in delhi university is fun and joy if you have better friend group and better company. My campus life pretty decent, my college also have pretty infrastructure like benches, ventilation system, rainwater harvesting system, nice and cool environment, greenary, canteen, a big library with AC. I haven't opted for hostel but hostel fees quite high it's 1.8 lakhs per year.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
