Remarks :
Hansraj college is one of the premier college of University of delhi and also have good nirf ranking . Specialy if I talk about b.com hons , hansraj has a good brand value as well placements and all other aspects are also good.
Course Curriculum Overview :
As per the NEP the curriculum for bcom hons is slightly changed as few new subjects have been introduced like Value added course, skill enhancement courses and all. The faculty at hansraj for bcom hons is comparatively very good and supportive in case if anyone is pursuing ca or cfa they get full support from the faculty. Student faculty ratio is around 70: 1 and all the faculty members are highly qualified. And semester end exams are also held timely and easy to moderate to pass.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not opted any internship as of now because internsips opportunities are available once we reach at 2nd year . Hansraj has proper Internship cell for exploring better opportunities in terms of internship and in last few years hansraj has provided a very decent internships opportunities.
Placement Experience :
Placement rates at Hansraj for B.Com hons is comparatively very good and provide better job opportunities even at Big 4s and other MNCs. Last year highest package was around 36 lpa and median was around 9 lpa . Companies that usually visits Hansraj for placemnt are Accenture , Delloite, KPMG , EY etc.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee structure for UR category is ? 25515 and it is comparatively high to other colleges of south and off campus as Hansraj provides good infrastructure and fully air conditioned classes. Financial assistance is available for the weaker sections of the community . College provides various scholarship options to the students who are eligible for that.
Campus Life :
Campus life at Hansraj is very good and friendly nature as college society and clubs are very much active and engaging which makes the college life very happy and learnful in fun way . No duobt about the infrastructure at north campus as all the colleges here are well maintained and having good sports facilities for various sports . Library are also very good with plenty of books .
Hostel Facilities :
I have rented for a PG nearby Hansraj College at Kamla Nagar . There is no any issue for accommodation as there are various locality for PG and flats. And if I talk about Hostel so they also provide good meal and other facilities such as 24/7 security as well as wifi .
Interview Experience :
Admission at hansraj College is quite difficult and specially in Bcom hons course as both degree and college are one the most demanding in Delhi University. For Admission one has the CUET UG exams which is a mcq based online test held by NTA. And cutoff generally lies around 98 to 99 percentile. Admission is fone through CUET merit only there is no such provision for Group discussion and interview during Admission process.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
