Likes
- I like my college infrastructure, the greenery the pretty environment that most of colleges doesn't have. I love the faculty of the college
- I also like how our college hosts every event and functions so graceful so that students life don't get bored.
Dislikes
- I am quite unsatisfied with the curriculum. The old monotonous studies theoretical knowledge no practicability in subjects
- I also don't like the time table of the college it is very exhaustive
Remarks :
For enrolling in bcom hons that too in the prestigious university of Delhi I had appeared for Central University Common entrance test. By appearing in the entrance competitive exam and scoring a good mark one gets an opportunity to be a part of Delhi University.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum of the course is quite simple and similar to other private colleges of the same domain. Academic is of top-notch quality. And the college has a very exhilarating faculty with top knowledge. The fee is very minimal and it does offer some scholarships.
Internships Opportunities :
I applied for an internship at the Vice Chancellor Internship at Delhi University but didn't get the chance. But never mind it's never too late opportunities come and go we should never stop trying our best.
Placement Experience :
Placement at Delhi University depends upon the students. How they are performing, their hard work, their skill set. Colleges do offer internships and job opportunities. I will try my best to grab campus placement from the college.
Campus Life :
Campus life is brilliant. I am from a girl's college and being a part of a girl's college didn't make any difference from co-education colleges. I love being there. The college has a variety of clubs, offers exposure to its students and the infrastructure is very pretty.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
