Two ways of admission process entrance test as well as 12th marks basis for Himachal students. Additionally, icar test-clearing students can also apply. The general counselling process takes place in several rounds for allotment of 3 colleges in various disciplines. The college has a good environment and quiet surroundings but lacks advanced facilities.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course was chosen as a different alternative from engineering and medicine. The faculty here is highly qualified but still is of old time mentality focused on good grades do PhD and getting a job as an Assistant professor with no exposure to the industry and advancement. The fee is overpriced whereas hostel facilities are not upto the mark.
Placement Experience :
No placement has been made by the university in the near past. The placement cell of this university is dead which is the major drawback of the university. No placement and no future security are in the university and the administration Doesn’t do anything about the same.
Campus Life :
Good infrastructure and surroundings. Clubs and extracurriculars are active but a major drawback is student-friendly digital access to regular attendance and other activities. Students do run some Instagram pages but don’t have any websites run by themselves
Hostel Facilities :
Mess is very poor as of now but changed are being made further hostel is also available but maximum of the hostels are old and need renovation. Hostels do have good staff and maintenance staff for cleanliness and other chores. Furthermore hostel also do provide laundry service.
