- Faculties are very friendly, helpful and cooperative

Dislikes
- College campus area and infrastructure is a little small which makes it conjusted for all the students and faculties.
- There is changing of faculties very frequent so the flow of study and teaching style gets interrupted.
Remarks :
There is a very smooth admission process. There is no need for any written exam or interview. Just a student needs to show their 12th result and all their ID proofs. To be eligible to get admission to this college you just need to have good communication skills and fluency. There are both good and bad aspects of my college like the college teachers are very friendly and helpful but the college area and infrastructure are a little small which makes it conducted for all the students and faculties. Be sure first before taking admission
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because nowadays the hotel industry has a very gloomy future and apart from it my hobby is cooking so hotel management is perfect to make my career by following my interest. Coming to the qualifications of teachers all the teachers are well qualified from reputed institutions and are well versed in their subjects. All the chapters are explained theoretically as well as practically. All the term exams and internal exams are strictly scheduled and conducted on time. There is no fee hike in between if there will be any it will be informed during the time of admission only. There is no as such scholarship provided but they give recession on fees on the basis of 12th results..
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are a must-do if you have pursued a hotel management course so my college provides internships to every student in different cities and hotels..every student is given internship opportunities by considering their preference. The stipend provided varies from organization to organization. Some top companies providing internships are ITC, JW Marriott, Oberoi,hyatt, etc
Placement Experience :
My college has a separate placement cell that looks into the placement of all the students enrolled. Till the placement time comes college faculties make the students prepared perfectly to pass all the eligibility criteria. Some of the top recruiters are Hyatt, JW Mariott, ITC, Taj Group, etc, there is a 100% placement guarantee from our college.. The average package provided by the companies varies from 2.5lpa to 3.5lpa..further, my plan after completing my degree is to pursue a master's.
Campus Life :
Campus life at my college is extra cheerful because every festival is celebrated on the campus apart from fests., in total 10/12 events are held all through the year where students proactively participate in their field of interest, and fests are always inaugurated by popular celebrity faces. Coming to the Library it is very well stacked with all the varieties of books related to the hotel and hospital industry, all the classrooms are air-conditioned including labs every class is well equipped with all the necessary amenities needed by the students. Till now there has been no hostel Or accommodation provided by the college but there are so many hostels and pgs which are nearby, the college administration themselves gives the lead and contacts of pgs and hostels to help the parents.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
